DetailsAfter having executed the Virtualize_This_Key.exe from the created stick, my local installation of VirtualBox doesn't start anymore ("COM object for VirtualBox could not be created - REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG (0x80040154)"; freely translated). After having re-installed the local VirtualBox, the old VirtualMachines weren't found anymore.
This was reproducable (after having started the Virtualize_This_Key.exe again, the local installation showed the error again). |

it's not destroyed it's just copied somewhere else. Check your Home folder and you will see an hidden .VirtualBox2 folder containing your old config.
